Terms & Conditions
All appointments booked online require payment at the time of booking, to confirm the appointment.
The online booking system will show you available appointments in your local time.
You can cancel an appointment and get a full refund up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to attend your appointment will incur the full fee.
Please double check your confirmation email as this will tell you the appointment time in your local time.
I will make contact with you during the week prior to your appointment, you'll receive an automated email reminder and a text message or email from me arranging how we can connect.
I can offer appointments via Zoom, Facetime or Whatsapp video calling only

If you have an emergency and cannot attend, please do contact me and I will reschedule for you and no fee will be charged. If I have to cancel or reschedule your appointment you will not be charged.
If you have an urgent enquiry about your treatment, you can contact me between appointments via email if necessary.
I will endeavour to respond to you within my working hours - 9am - 5pm GMT on Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays only.
I do not offer an emergency service, if you need urgent care then please contact a healthcare provider.
